Your
Victorian teatime is served on the day of your arrival, between 4:00
and 5:30PM, and may be served on the front veranda, weather permitting,
or in the Drawing Room in front of a roaring wood fire on these really
cold afternoons or in the Ballroom on special holidays. The
special treats that may be served include: English tea sandwiches
all served on homemade sourdough bread, Victorian tea scones with
Devonshire clotted cream, pecan mini muffins, special dessert breads
and a variety of delicate pastries and cakes. All items are homemade
and no calories are removed!

| The
hot tea includes an assortment of regular and herbal teas, while
the ice tea will be both regular and an herbal zinger tea.
At teatime,
your breakfast menu will be presented for your selection; various
restaurants will be recommended for your supper needs; and a formal
tour of the Inn will be given. |

Breakfast
is a gourmet delight with all items homemade. You select your breakfast
off the menu from a variety of juices as starters. An assortment of
gourmet egg dishes are available like Victorian shirred eggs (our
signature dish), eggs benedict with Canadian bacon, English coddled
eggs or an individual ham and cheese quiche. The egg dishes come with
bacon and sausage and a bread basket of homemade breads and muffins
along with butter, marmalade butter and grape jam. |

 |
| If eggs
aren't your dish, try the Belgium pecan buttermilk waffles, multigrain
pecan buttermilk pancakes or the sourdough French Toast. Occasionally,
a special pancake dish will be offered. Of course, that "wake
up" coffee or tea will be on your table with a candle burner
to keep it hot.
For a special treat,
have your breakfast between 8:30 -10:00AM... |
